Welcome! Thank you for joining us on May 16, 2010 in London for The Awareness Seminar.

This is the first seminar in the United Kingdom, and I am excited by the opportunity for all of us to make a deeper connection to our powerful, insightful authentic self.

I applaud you for making the choice to explore your Awareness.

The itinerary for the day is as follow:

8:30 - 9:00am Coffee, Tea and a selection of biscuits will be served to you at the Atrium.
9:00 - 9:30 Registration
9:30am to 9:50am Informal photographs ***
10am to 1pm Awareness workshop
1pm to 2pm Lunch (included in your package)
2pm to 5pm Continuation of Awareness workshop

In addition:

*Be flexible. Times may vary during the course of the day.
*Be thoughtful. Please leave all recording devices at home. All conversations and content material discussed must be done so with confidentiality.
*Be respectful. Please leave any materials for autographing at home. Thank you for your consideration. Our time together as a class will be the unique experience we can all treasure.

HOW TO PREPARE

•Prepare to have fun. The Awareness Seminar requires little preparation, although we do have some suggestions to help you maximize the benefits and value you receive.
•Begin to describe for yourself ‘What Awareness means to you’ on a day to day basis.

WHAT TO BRING TO TRAINING

•We will provide pens and notepads. Handouts will be distributed.
•Please bring at least one jacket or sweater, in case the room temperature is cooler than you prefer and we recommend you dress in layers.
•If you have special needs, such as a pillow for your back, please feel free to bring such items.
•Lunch will be provided.
